KEBA SR25APW is a dedicated servo power supply module matched with KEBA KeDrive and Kemro drive systems, widely used on ENGEL all-electric injection molding machines. It converts AC mains into stable DC bus voltage for servo amplifiers, providing sufficient power for injection, plasticizing and ejection servo axes. It is the core power spare part for electric injection molding machine drive cabinet.

This module accepts three-phase AC input, adopts internal rectification and filtering circuit to form DC bus power for the rear servo drive modules. It supports instantaneous peak current output to meet the demand of fast injection acceleration and high holding pressure. It carries independent current sampling and bus voltage monitoring circuit, feeding bus voltage and load current data back to the drive controller in real time for power limiting and overload protection.

It is equipped with status indicator lamps and fault feedback signal terminals. Technicians can judge the working state through indicators, and read fault codes via KEBA drive software. It integrates overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and over-temperature multi-protection functions. Once abnormal power grid or drive load fault occurs, it will lock the fault and cut off DC bus output to protect servo motors and drive boards. The circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, with good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty workshop environment.

It adopts cabinet-mounted installation structure and needs to be matched with the corresponding KeDrive servo drive series. This model is mostly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old ENGEL all-electric injection machines.
