KEBA DO321/B is a revised high-density digital output expansion module under KEBA Kemro K2 and KeControl platform, widely used on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines and die-casting automation systems. Compared with standard DO321 version, this B revision optimizes channel driving capacity and anti-interference circuit, suitable for injection machines equipped with multiple solenoid valves and auxiliary heating contactors. It transfers logic commands issued by the master CPU into stable switching signals for on-site actuators, supporting the sequential execution of clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection.

This module communicates with the main controller via proprietary Kemro K-Bus backplane. Each output channel adopts galvanic isolation design to block electromagnetic noise generated by hydraulic pumps and valve coils. Every channel integrates independent short-circuit and overload protection. If one channel suffers overcurrent damage, only the faulty channel will be locked and isolated, and other normal channels will keep running without interruption. The front panel is fitted with clear LED indicators for each channel, which can show real-time output status for maintenance engineers to locate faults quickly on site.

Users can configure signal mapping and assign channel addresses in KEBA engineering software to match different machine logic schemes. Built-in bus watchdog and status monitoring circuit continuously check data frame integrity. When communication interruption, undervoltage or hardware fault is detected, it will send alarm information to the HMI and trigger safety protection to avoid unexpected mold movement. The PCB is coated with conformal coating treatment, with good shock resistance and dust-proof performance, adapting to the oil mist and dusty environment inside plastic molding workshops.

It adopts standard rack plug-in installation structure and matches Kemro K2-200 / K2-400 backplane system. This DO321/B version has been discontinued by KEBA factory, and it is circulated in the aftermarket as a valuable replacement spare part for legacy ENGEL injection molding machines.
