KEBA DO321/16 is a 16-channel galvanically isolated digital output expansion module of KEBA Kemro K2 and KeControl platform, widely used on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines and die-casting automation equipment. The suffix /16 stands for the fixed 16-point output configuration of this variant, which is suitable for injection machines needing a large number of switching points to drive multiple solenoid valves, auxiliary relays and indicator lamps. It receives command signals from the master CPU through the proprietary Kemro K-Bus backplane and converts logic commands into stable on-site switching signals, supporting the sequential control of clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection.

This module adopts optical isolation for each output channel to block ground loop interference generated by hydraulic pumps and contactor switching noise. Every channel has independent overload and short-circuit protection circuit. When one channel is damaged by overcurrent, only the faulty channel will be locked, and the rest of the output channels can continue to work normally.
