KEBA SC102 is a serial communication interface module of KEBA Kemro K2 series, widely matched with ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines and die-casting automation equipment. It acts as the communication gateway between the master CPU and external peripheral devices, realizing data exchange between the control rack and on-site auxiliary sensors, operator panels and external monitoring terminals. It supports stable serial protocol transmission and works together with CPU and I/O modules to complete data interaction for molding sequence and closed-loop adjustment.

This module connects to the Kemro K-Bus backplane and receives data forwarding instructions from the master controller. It converts internal bus data into serial communication signals and uploads field collected status information back to the CPU. Built-in signal isolation circuit reduces electromagnetic interference generated by hydraulic pumps and solenoid valves, avoiding communication frame loss and data disorder. LED indicators on the front panel display communication running status and error alarm for maintenance technicians to quickly locate communication faults on site.

Engineers can configure communication parameters and data mapping through KEBA engineering software. Built-in communication watchdog continuously monitors data transmission state.
