Turck's IO-Link product family includes the M12-powered 8-port IO-Link master, IO-Link junction boxes with auxiliary power, and compact IP20-protected 4-port IO-Link master. Among these, the TBEN-L-8IOL series currently offers models with L-code power connectors.

The M12 interface can provide a maximum power supply current of 16A, thus providing a maximum of 4A of power supply current per port for some high-power devices, such as grippers. With an IP69K protection rating and an operating temperature range of -40-70°C, this type of product can be directly installed on the device itself.

Easy integration

The IP20's 4-port IO-Link master module, FEN20-4IOL, is designed for compact space applications. Like the TBEN module, this type of IO-Link master module supports SIDI functionality for PROFINET systems, enabling rapid integration of IO-Link devices into the system software.

In addition, the IO-Link master module supports ARGEE logic controller functionality to enable small-scale distributed control applications. Through multi-protocol Ethernet, relevant data can be transmitted via MODBUS TCP, creating a data transmission channel that communicates in parallel with the PLC .

Low-cost security shutdown

The IO-Link junction box TBIL-L-16DXP-AUX adds an auxiliary power supply port for high-current power needs, allowing for emergency and safe shutdown of the output load power while ensuring the input signal remains valid. This type of IO-Link junction box provides 16 general-purpose input/output signal interfaces, with auxiliary power supply interfaces available in 7/8 or M12 configurations.
