KEBA RS-091 is an obsolete rack-mounted power supply module of KEBA Kemro KePlast control system, widely matched with the old ENGEL injection molding control racks. It converts AC input into stable 24VDC and auxiliary reference voltage, providing power supply for CPU boards, I/O modules, hydraulic regulation boards and communication interface cards inside the control cabinet.

This module accepts AC mains input, adopts internal isolation and voltage stabilizing circuit to output clean DC power for the whole rack. It supplies power for logic operation of main controller, signal acquisition of digital and analog channels, and driving of proportional valve regulation modules. It is equipped with independent branch fuses, which can isolate the fault branch when short circuit or overload occurs, avoiding the whole control rack power failure.

It is designed for plug-in rack installation and matched with legacy Kemro backplane bus. It has power status indicator lights for quick fault judgment by maintenance technicians. It integrates overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature multi-protection functions. Once the internal power device is overheated or the output load is abnormal, it will lock the fault and cut off the output to protect the expensive control boards. The circuit board is coated with conformal coating to resist vibration and electromagnetic interference in plastic workshop environment.

KEBA has stopped production of this model. It is mainly used for maintenance, spare replacement and fault repair of old ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines. Direct replacement can restore the power supply of the control rack without modifying the original wiring and other modules.

It is a scarce and commonly demanded spare part in plastic machinery maintenance industry. It provides stable power foundation for legacy KePlast control system.
