KEBA KEMRO-K2-200 is a mature modular rack control platform under KEBA Kemro and KePlast series, widely deployed on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines, die-casting machines and multi-axis servo plastic automation equipment. It provides a unified backplane bus framework for CPU modules, digital I/O modules, analog modules, communication interface boards and hydraulic regulation modules, supporting flexible hardware combination according to different machine specifications and process requirements.

This platform adopts KEBA proprietary K-Bus high-speed backplane bus for real-time data exchange among all plug-in modules. The main CPU sends motion setpoints and sequence logic commands through the backplane, while each slave module feeds back sensor signals, valve status, fault codes and axis deviation data to the controller to complete closed-loop regulation of injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection. It supports multi-axis interpolation synchronization, which can meet the high-precision process requirements of thin-wall molding and multi-cavity molds.

It reserves multiple expansion slots and supports EtherCAT, CAN bus and serial communication expansion modules to connect HMI panels, distributed field stations and servo drives. Engineers can configure module addresses, parameter mapping and safety interlock logic via KEBA engineering software. The built-in bus watchdog and power monitoring circuit continuously check communication frame validity and power load state. Once bus failure, overload or hardware abnormality is detected, it triggers safety stop and alarm feedback to avoid mold collision and mechanical damage.

The whole rack is IP20 protection grade for cabinet installation. The backplane and terminal circuit adopt conformal coating, with excellent vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and high electromagnetic interference workshop environment. The modular design supports single board replacement without replacing the whole control rack, greatly reducing maintenance cost and production downtime.
