KEBA KEMRO-BUS-8 is a Kemro backplane bus terminal module for KEBA KePlast and Kemro K2 series control racks, widely used on ENGEL injection molding machines and hydraulic plastic machinery. It acts as the bus distribution junction to realize signal transmission and power distribution between the main CPU and each plug-in functional module.

This module is designed for 8-slot bus expansion, distributing the high-speed proprietary Kemro bus signal to each slot on the rack. It transmits motion commands from the main controller to I/O modules, hydraulic regulation boards and communication adapters, and collects feedback signals, status data and fault information from each slave module back to the CPU. It ensures stable synchronous data exchange of multi-channel control signals in the injection molding cycle, including injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions.

It is equipped with dedicated bus terminal blocks and status indicator lights for convenient on-site troubleshooting. Technicians can judge the bus communication status through indicator lights without disassembling other modules. It supports standard parameter mapping and address allocation of Kemro system, and the station address of each functional module can be configured through KEBA engineering software.

It integrates power overcurrent protection and bus watchdog circuit. If short-circuit, bus frame error or communication breakdown is detected, it will feed back alarm signals to the main controller and stop signal transmission to avoid abnormal action of hydraulic actuators and protect molds and mechanical components. The circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, with good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and high electromagnetic interference workshop environment.

It adopts standard plug-in rack structure, matched with Kemro series rack housing and supporting CPU and I/O modules. It is a common maintenance spare part for old and mid-term ENGEL injection machines.
