KEBA IC101 is a dual-slot memory card reader module for KEBA Kemro CU313 control rack, widely matched with ENGEL injection molding machines equipped with KePlast systems. It serves as the external recipe storage media interface, used for machine program backup, product recipe import and export, and firmware upgrade of the main CPU.

This module has A and B double card slots, supporting dedicated KEBA memory cards. It connects to the CU313 main controller through the rack backplane bus. Technicians can save machine configuration parameters, molding recipes and production data to the memory card, or load the pre-stored recipe data into the CPU quickly. It is a convenient data transfer medium for mold switching, machine cloning and on-site debugging.

It supports hot swap of memory cards under safe operating conditions. It has built-in reading and writing monitoring circuit, which can feed back card detection status and read-write fault signals to the main controller. If the memory card is loose, damaged or data verification fails, it will generate alarm prompt on the HMI to avoid abnormal loading of wrong parameters and affecting molding quality.

It adopts standard plug-in rack installation structure, specially designed for CU313 series backplane. The circuit board is coated with conformal coating, with good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to the dusty and high electromagnetic interference environment of plastic workshops. This model has been discontinued by KEBA factory, mostly used as maintenance spare parts for old ENGEL injection machines.

It is an essential supporting spare part for recipe management of legacy KEBA CU313 control systems. It is widely used in equipment overhaul, spare parts replacement and plastic machinery maintenance projects. It provides reliable offline data exchange function for injection molding control racks.
