KEBA HRS201 is an upgraded hydraulic regulation module of KEBA Kemro series, compatible with KePlast control systems and widely applied on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines. It is responsible for high-speed closed-loop control of hydraulic proportional valves, adjusting oil pressure and flow for injection, holding pressure and plasticizing axes. Compared with HRS10102, this version has faster signal sampling speed and stronger anti-interference ability, suitable for high-precision molding processes with strict requirements on pressure stability.

This module receives setpoint commands from the upper KEBA CPU through backplane bus, and collects real-time feedback signals from pressure sensors and displacement transducers. It calculates the deviation between target value and actual feedback, and outputs adjustable drive signals to proportional hydraulic valves. It can dynamically adjust pressure and flow response according to different molding stages, effectively reducing pressure overshoot and improving the repeatability of product weight and molding quality.

It is equipped with analog acquisition channels and valve driving terminals, supporting data interaction with the main controller and HMI. Maintenance technicians can set control gain, pressure limit and filter parameters via KEBA configuration software, and back up regulation parameters for spare replacement. It can upload real-time pressure curve data and fault information to the HMI for on-site troubleshooting.

It has built-in complete hardware monitoring and protection mechanism. It continuously detects sensor signal loss, valve load short-circuit and internal temperature rise. Once an abnormality is detected, it will trigger alarm feedback and cut off the drive output to protect proportional valves and hydraulic components from damage.
