KEBA HRS10102 is a dedicated hydraulic regulation module under KEBA Kemro control series, widely used on ENGEL injection molding machines to realize closed-loop pressure and flow control for proportional hydraulic valves. It undertakes high-precision signal conversion, closed-loop calculation and drive output for injection, holding pressure and plasticizing axes, which is the core hardware for stable melt pressure control.

This module receives 4-20mA analog feedback signals from hydraulic pressure sensors and displacement transducers, and receives command value from the upper KEBA CPU module through backplane bus. It calculates the deviation between setting value and actual feedback in real time, outputs adjustable drive signals to proportional hydraulic valves, dynamically adjusting oil flow and pressure to maintain stable holding pressure and injection speed. It supports fast response closed-loop regulation for thin-wall and high-precision molding processes.

It is equipped with analog acquisition channel and valve drive output port, matching the standard Kemro rack backplane. It communicates with the main controller and HMI panel to upload real-time pressure curves, axis deviation data and fault information. Technicians can adjust gain parameters, pressure limits and filter settings through KEBA configuration software, and back up the regulation parameters for spare replacement.

It has built-in hardware self-diagnosis and overload protection mechanism. It continuously monitors sensor signal validity, output load status and internal temperature.
