KEBA FB201 is a fieldbus interface module belonging to KEBA KeControl C2 and Kemro automation series, widely applied on injection molding machines and die-casting equipment. It acts as the high-speed protocol conversion bridge between the main CPU and distributed I/O terminals, servo drives and peripheral sensor units, realizing stable real-time data interaction for the whole machine control network.

This module receives command data sent by the upper main controller, converts internal backplane bus signals into standard fieldbus signals and transmits instructions to the slave units. It collects feedback signals from displacement sensors, pressure transducers and safety interlock switches, and uploads axis status, fault codes and deviation data back to the CPU for closed-loop motion adjustment.
