KEBA DO321 is a high-density digital output expansion module of KEBA Kemro K2 and KeControl series, widely used on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines and die-casting equipment. It acts as the signal output terminal between the main CPU and on-site actuators, converting the logic commands sent by the controller into switching signals for solenoid valves, contactors, relays and indicator lights. It undertakes the output control of clamping, injection, plasticizing, ejection and lubrication sequences, which is an indispensable I/O spare part for the normal cycle operation of the injection molding machine.

This module connects to the rack backplane through the proprietary K-Bus, receiving control instructions from the master CPU and outputting isolated switching signals to the field actuators. Each channel adopts independent short-circuit protection design. When a single channel is overloaded or short-circuited, only the faulty channel will be locked, and the operation of other channels will not be affected. The front panel is equipped with intuitive LED status lights for each channel, so maintenance technicians can quickly check the on-off state of the output signal and locate faults.

It supports address configuration via KEBA engineering software, and can be freely matched with other digital input modules, temperature modules and hydraulic regulation modules in the Kemro rack. The internal circuit uses galvanic isolation design to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference generated by hydraulic pumps and high-power solenoid valves in the workshop. The PCB is coated with conformal coating, with good vibration resistance and dust-proof performance, adapting to the harsh environment with oil mist in plastic molding workshops.

This KEBA DO321 module has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and it is mainly circulated in the aftermarket as a replacement spare part for legacy ENGEL injection molding machines. After cutting off the power supply safely, technicians can directly replace this module without modifying the original field wiring and control program.
