KEBA DI325/B is a high-density galvanically isolated digital input expansion module of KEBA Kemro K2 and KeControl platform, widely used on ENGEL injection molding machines and die-casting automation equipment. It is the revised B version of DI325 series, designed for collecting a large number of 24VDC field switching signals and transmitting status data to the master CPU via proprietary K-Bus backplane. It is suitable for injection machines with abundant signal points, including multi safety interlock channels, clamping limit feedback, position proximity switches and auxiliary monitoring sensors.

This module receives 24VDC discrete signals from on-site sensors and switches. Each channel is equipped with independent signal filtering circuit to suppress interference pulses generated by hydraulic pumps, solenoid valves and contactor switching noise, which can effectively reduce false trigger alarms during high-speed injection cycles. All input channels adopt galvanic isolation design to cut off ground loop interference between the field side and control rack side. LED status indicators on the front panel directly display the on/off state of each channel for maintenance engineers to quickly locate abnormal signal points.

It supports flexible signal mapping configuration in KEBA engineering software, and can work with CPU, digital output modules and temperature control boards in the same Kemro rack. Built-in channel fault diagnosis function continuously monitors signal state. If open circuit, abnormal voltage or channel fault is detected, fault information will be uploaded to the controller and displayed on the operator panel to remind on-site staff. The PCB circuit is coated with conformal coating, with good shock resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and oil mist environment in plastic molding workshops.

It adopts standard rack plug-in installation structure and matches Kemro K2-200 / K2-400 backplane system. This DI325/B version has been discontinued by KEBA factory, and it is circulated in the aftermarket as a high-density I/O replacement spare part for legacy ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines. Technicians can replace the module safely after power cut without modifying the original sensor wiring and control program.
