KEBA DI260/A is a 16-channel galvanically isolated digital input module of KEBA KeConnect and Kemro K2 series, widely deployed on ENGEL injection molding machines and die-casting automation systems. It collects on-site switching feedback signals and transmits valid status data to the master CPU via K-Bus, acting as the signal sensing unit for the whole control rack. Two of its channels support high-speed interrupt input, which is suitable for capturing fast trigger signals from clamping limit, position sensors and emergency safety circuits.

This module receives 24VDC switching signals from proximity switches, safety door interlock switches and stroke limit sensors. It adopts configurable input debounce filter to filter out interference pulses caused by hydraulic pumps and contactor switching noise, avoiding false signal triggering. All input channels are electrically isolated to block ground loop interference between field side and control rack side. Green LED indicators on the front panel show real-time signal status for maintenance engineers to carry out quick point-to-point inspection and fault location.

It can be configured through KEBA engineering software, supporting flexible signal mapping with CPU logic. Built-in channel diagnosis circuit monitors signal abnormality continuously. If channel open circuit or abnormal voltage level is detected, fault information will be uploaded to the controller and displayed on the HMI. The PCB circuit uses conformal coating treatment, offering reliable vibration resistance and EMC performance to adapt to dusty and oil mist workshop environment.
