KEBA DC162/IP20/53151 is an integrated compact controller unit with IP20 protection grade, belonging to KEBA Kemro automation series, widely used on injection molding machines and hydraulic servo machinery. It combines local I/O signal processing and basic motion control functions, commonly used as distributed control station beside machine hydraulic units.

This unit integrates digital input channels, digital output channels and analog signal acquisition channels. It receives discrete signals from limit sensors and safety switches, and 4-20mA analog feedback signals from pressure and displacement transducers. According to the commands sent by upper main CPU via bus, it outputs switching signals and analog setpoint signals to proportional valves and small servo drives, realizing local axis sequence control.

It is equipped with CAN bus and serial communication interfaces for data interaction with KEBA main control modules and HMI. Engineers can read channel status, running state and fault information through KEBA software.
