KEBA CU313/C-SI/63036/06 belongs to the KEBA Kemro CU313 control series, a high-performance real-time main control module specially designed for injection molding machines and multi-axis hydraulic servo automation equipment. It undertakes PLC logic operation, synchronized closed-loop motion control, safety task processing and production recipe management of the whole machine.

This module receives feedback signals from pressure sensors, displacement transducers, encoders and safety interlock switches. It executes fixed molding cycle programs, and outputs control instructions to proportional hydraulic valves and servo drives to complete clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions. The SI version supports synchronized axis interpolation control, which can maintain high positioning repeatability under variable load conditions.

It is equipped with Ethernet and CAN bus interfaces for high-speed data exchange with KEBA HMI panels, I/O modules and upper monitoring systems. Operators can modify molding parameters, call product recipes and check real-time fault logs on the human-machine interface.
