KEBA CU312/E/51993 is a high-performance main control CPU module belonging to the KEBA Kemro CU312 control series, widely equipped on injection molding machines and hydraulic servo automation equipment. It serves as the core real-time processing unit of the machine, responsible for executing PLC logic, closed-loop motion synchronization, safety interlock management and process data scheduling.

This module receives feedback signals from pressure sensors, displacement transducers, encoders and safety limit switches. It runs the pre-programmed molding cycle sequence, and outputs control commands to proportional hydraulic valves and servo drives to complete clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions. It supports multi-axis synchronous closed-loop control to guarantee high repeatability of molding products.
