KEBA CR-092 is a communication interface module of the KEBA Kemro automation series, commonly matched with KEBA control systems and KEB drive units on injection molding machines. It acts as the protocol conversion bridge between the main controller and frequency inverters, realizing stable real-time command transmission and feedback data exchange.

This module receives motion setpoint instructions from KEBA CPU modules, converts internal backplane bus signals into standardized drive communication signals, and sends commands to servo inverters. It collects real-time torque, speed and fault data fed back from the drive and uploads the information to the main controller for closed-loop adjustment. It ensures synchronous coordination between machine process control and motor drive loops.

It is equipped with dedicated bus terminals and terminal blocks for convenient wiring. Technicians can carry out communication testing and signal verification at the module terminal side without disassembling the core control board, which reduces the risk of unexpected equipment shutdown during maintenance.
