KEBA CP253/W is a high-performance main CPU module belonging to KEBA Kemro K2-200 and KePlast i2000 control platform, widely used on high-end injection molding machines and hydraulic servo automation equipment. It serves as the core real-time processing unit for machine sequence logic, multi-axis closed-loop motion control, safety management and process data scheduling.

This module receives position feedback signals from encoders, pressure signals from hydraulic sensors and discrete interlock signals from safety doors and proximity switches. It executes the molding cycle program and outputs control commands to proportional valves and servo drives, realizing precise clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions. Compared with CP252 series, it has stronger computing power and supports more synchronous axes for complex multi-process synchronization.

It integrates EtherCAT, Ethernet, CAN and serial communication interfaces. It carries out high-speed data exchange with KEBA HMI panels, distributed I/O modules and upper monitoring systems. Operators can modify molding recipes, check production data and view fault logs on the HMI. The on-board non-volatile storage retains machine parameters and production recipes after power failure.

It is equipped with comprehensive hardware monitoring and self-diagnosis mechanism. It continuously checks communication connection status, signal loop integrity and internal temperature. When faults such as communication timeout, signal loss or over-temperature are detected, it triggers alarm and safe stop instruction to protect molds, actuators and mechanical structures.

It adopts plug-in rack installation and matches the standard Kemro K2 backplane. It uses fanless passive heat dissipation design, the circuit board is coated with conformal coating, with excellent vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and high electromagnetic interference plastic workshop environment. It supports program backup and restore, convenient for on-site commissioning and spare parts replacement.
