KEBA CP252/X is a main CPU module belonging to KEBA Kemro K2-200 and KePlast i2000 control series, widely used as the core control unit for injection molding machines, die-casting machines and servo hydraulic automation equipment. It undertakes PLC logic operation, closed-loop motion synchronization, safety interlock management and production recipe scheduling for the whole machine.

This module receives real-time feedback signals from pressure transducers, displacement sensors, encoders and safety contact switches. It executes the preset machine cycle program and outputs control instructions to proportional hydraulic valves and servo drives to realize clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions with high repeatability. It supports multi-axis synchronous closed-loop regulation for stable molding quality.

It is equipped with Ethernet, CAN bus and serial communication interfaces. It can exchange HMI data, machine parameters and fault logs with KEBA operation panels and distributed I/O modules. Engineers can use KEBA configuration software to back up, restore and modify machine process recipes. Non-volatile on-board memory retains setting data after power off.

It has complete hardware monitoring and self-diagnosis functions. It continuously checks bus communication status, signal loop integrity and internal temperature. If faults such as communication interruption, sensor signal loss or over-temperature are detected, it will trigger alarm and safe stop output to protect molds and mechanical structures from collision damage.

It adopts standard plug-in rack mounting structure and matches the Kemro K2 backplane and corresponding I/O terminals. The circuit board is coated with conformal coating, featuring good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to the dusty and high electromagnetic interference environment of plastic workshops. It supports fast replacement during overhaul to shorten equipment downtime.
