KEBA CP252/W is a high-performance main CPU module under KEBA KePlast i2000 control series, widely deployed on European injection molding machines and servo hydraulic molding equipment. It executes PLC logic, synchronized closed-loop motion control, safety task management and process recipe scheduling as the core processing unit of the whole machine control system.

This module receives 4-20mA analog signals from pressure and displacement transmitters, encoder position signals and dry contact interlock signals from safety gates and limit sensors. It runs dedicated injection molding cycle programs and outputs control commands to proportional hydraulic valves and servo drives, realizing precise clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions with stable repeat accuracy.

It is equipped with Ethernet, CAN and serial communication interfaces. It establishes high-speed data exchange with KEBA HMI panels, distributed I/O modules and upper monitoring systems. Operators can adjust molding parameters, view production statistics and read fault history records on the HMI. Built-in non-volatile storage keeps machine parameters and product recipes after power cut.

It is equipped with comprehensive hardware monitoring and real-time self-diagnosis logic. It continuously checks bus communication status, signal loop condition and internal temperature. When faults including signal loss, communication interruption and over-temperature are detected, it will trigger alarm and safe stop output to protect molds and mechanical components from collision damage.

It adopts standard plug-in rack structure, compatible with Kemro series backplane and matching I/O terminals. The circuit board is processed with conformal coating, featuring good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to the dusty and high electromagnetic interference environment of plastic workshops. It supports program backup and restore, convenient for on-site commissioning and spare parts replacement.
