KEBA CP033/Y is an integrated embedded CPU controller of KEBA KeControl C1 / Kemro K2-200 series, widely applied on ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines. It is a high-integration controller with built-in rich I/O channels, responsible for PLC logic execution, hydraulic closed-loop regulation, temperature control and recipe management of injection molding cycles. It is the enhanced I/O version in CP033 series, equipped with 56 digital output channels for multi-valve expansion of plastic machinery.

This controller integrates digital input, digital output, analog acquisition, analog output and temperature measurement channels. It collects 24VDC signals from safety door switches, limit sensors and proximity detectors, and receives feedback signals from pressure sensors and displacement transducers. It runs KePlast molding program, outputs drive signals to hydraulic proportional valves and peripheral actuators, completing injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection sequence actions. It supports CANopen and serial bus expansion to connect distributed I/O stations and HMI panels.

It is equipped with Ethernet, USB and serial communication interfaces. Engineers can download programs, import and export molding recipes and check fault logs by KEBA engineering software. It carries on-board watchdog and multi-channel fault diagnosis logic. When signal disconnection, overload or communication abnormality is detected, it will trigger safety stop and alarm output to prevent mold collision and mechanical damage. The circuit board adopts conformal coating, with good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and high electromagnetic interference workshop environment.

It adopts standard rack plug-in installation structure and matches Kemro K2-200 backplane system. It can work independently or cooperate with extended Kemro modules according to machine configuration. It is a common maintenance spare part for mid-generation ENGEL injection molding machines. Direct replacement can restore the whole control system without large-scale wiring modification.

It is widely used in plastic machinery overhaul, control cabinet upgrade and spare parts replacement projects. It is a mature integrated control solution for hydraulic injection molding equipment.
