KEBA CC100A03/COL/8MB/58057 is the core CPU controller module of the classic KEBA CC100 control platform, widely used on ENGEL injection molding machines and other hydraulic servo molding equipment. It undertakes machine cycle logic operation, closed-loop motion control, process recipe management and peripheral signal scheduling of the whole machine system.

This model is equipped with 8MB onboard memory, marked in the part number, and COL represents the configuration version for standard injection molding machine application. It receives feedback signals from displacement sensors, pressure transmitters and safety interlock switches, and executes pre-programmed molding cycle sequences. It outputs control commands to proportional hydraulic valves and servo drives to realize clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection actions with high repeatability.
