KEBA BL460/A is a high-performance bus coupler controller module belonging to the KEBA Kemro K2-400 control platform. It is widely used as the core communication and processing unit on injection molding machines, die-casting machines and hydraulic automation equipment, responsible for bus data scheduling, logic operation and signal interaction between the main control rack and distributed I/O modules.

This module supports multiple real-time industrial bus protocols including EtherCAT, CANopen and PROFINET. It exchanges command data and feedback signals with digital I/O modules, analog terminal modules and servo drives. It receives 4-20mA analog signals from pressure and displacement sensors, and discrete interlock signals from safety switches and limit sensors, then executes synchronized closed-loop control calculation for hydraulic and servo axes.

It integrates multi-channel signal processing resources and real-time operating system. It can collect machine cycle data, store process recipes and machine parameters locally. Operators can connect KEBA HMI and configuration software to read cycle logs, adjust molding parameters and back up machine programs.
