KEBA BL210 is a base logic and signal distribution module of KEBA Kemro K2-200 series, widely installed on ENGEL injection molding control racks. It works as the basic signal junction board for digital input and output signal distribution, coordinating the transmission of sequence signals between the main CPU and on-site sensors, contactors and hydraulic auxiliary relays. It is the foundational signal processing board for injection molding sequential logic.

This module connects to the Kemro backplane bus and receives command signals from the main CPU. It distributes output signals to peripheral actuators and collects feedback signals from safety switches, limit sensors and proximity switches, then transmits the status information back to the controller. It handles basic interlock logic for clamping, injection, ejection and lubrication sequences, and performs signal filtering to reduce interference pulse signals generated by hydraulic oil pumps and solenoid valves.

It is equipped with terminal blocks and status LED indicators for each signal channel. Maintenance technicians can check each channel’s input and output status directly through indicators, and use KEBA configuration software to assign signal addresses and test channel mapping. It carries built-in short-circuit detection for each output channel. If overload or short-circuit occurs, it will isolate the faulty channel and feed alarm signals back to the HMI to avoid chain damage of other modules. The circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, with good vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to dusty and oil mist workshop environment.

It adopts standard plug-in rack mounting structure and matches the K2-200 backplane system. This model has been discontinued by KEBA factory, and it is mainly circulated as maintenance spare part for legacy ENGEL hydraulic injection molding machines. Direct replacement can restore the basic I/O signal distribution function of the rack without modifying the original sensor wiring.
