KEBA BC-082 is a master-slave control module for the KEBA Kemro automation control system, widely used on injection molding machines and multi-axis hydraulic servo equipment. It is specially designed to realize synchronous motion coordination between multiple axes, ensuring precise matching of clamping, injection and plasticizing actions.

This module receives position, pressure and speed command signals from the main CPU, and distributes synchronized control instructions to the slave drive and I/O modules. It supports master-slave follow-up operation mode, dynamically adjusting the output of slave axes according to the feedback of the master axis, so as to reduce position deviation during linkage movement. It can maintain stable synchronization accuracy under variable load conditions.

It is equipped with dual D-sub interfaces for high-speed signal exchange between master controller and slave units. It supports internal backplane bus communication to exchange real-time status and fault information with other Kemro modules. Technicians can check synchronization state and axis deviation data on the HMI, and adjust synchronization parameters through KEBA configuration software.

It carries built-in motion monitoring and fault diagnosis logic. It continuously detects signal interruption, communication timeout and excessive synchronization error. When abnormal conditions are detected, it triggers alarm output and safe stop instruction to avoid collision between mold and mechanical parts caused by out-of-sync axes.

It adopts standard plug-in rack mounting structure and can be inserted into the Kemro control rack together with CPU and I/O modules. The circuit board has conformal coating treatment, with excellent vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to the harsh electromagnetic environment of plastic workshops. It supports direct replacement during equipment overhaul to shorten downtime.
