KEBA AR-101 is a rack-mounted I/O module belonging to the KEBA Kemro control system series, widely equipped on injection molding machines and hydraulic automation equipment. It acts as the signal acquisition and output expansion unit of the main controller, responsible for collecting on-site discrete and analog signals and executing switching output commands.

This module receives 24VDC dry contact signals from limit switches, safety interlock switches and proximity sensors, and also supports standard 4-20mA analog signals from pressure and displacement transmitters. It carries built-in signal conditioning and filtering circuits to suppress electromagnetic noise generated by hydraulic valves and motors in the workshop, ensuring stable signal transmission.

It adopts plug-in backplane connection design and can be directly inserted into the standard KEBA control rack. It communicates with the main control CPU through the internal system bus. Technicians can perform wiring tests and channel simulation verification on the terminal side without removing the core main control board, reducing the risk of unexpected machine stop during maintenance.

It integrates independent channel monitoring function. It can detect open circuit and short-circuit faults of field wiring loops and upload fault status and alarm codes to the host controller. Operators can view the channel status and fault information on the HMI screen to quickly locate abnormal wiring and sensors.

The circuit board has conformal coating treatment, with good vibration resistance and moisture-proof performance, adapting to the harsh environment of plastic injection workshops. It supports hot swap replacement under safe shutdown conditions, which effectively shortens equipment maintenance downtime.
