KEBA 2203-6429 is a digital output module belonging to the KEBA Kemro I/O system, widely used on injection molding machines and hydraulic automation equipment. It converts internal control bus commands into switch output signals to drive solenoid valves, indicator lamps and intermediate relays.

This module works under 24VDC industrial control power supply. It receives logic commands from the KEBA main controller through the backplane bus, and switches each output channel on and off independently. Each channel is equipped with current limiting and surge absorption circuits to suppress the back EMF generated by hydraulic coils, reducing the risk of channel damage.

It adopts plug-in rack structure and can be installed together with other KEBA I/O modules and main control units in the same cabinet. Clear labeled screw terminals are arranged on the front side for convenient wiring and signal checking. Maintenance staff can test output signals on the terminal side without removing the core main control board.

It supports channel status feedback function. The on-board circuit feeds back the actual output state to the controller, so operators can check whether the output channel is normally activated on the HMI. It can also detect overload faults on the output loop and record alarm events for troubleshooting.

It has excellent vibration resistance and EMC performance, adapting to the harsh environment of plastic molding workshops. The modular design supports direct replacement during equipment breakdown, which effectively shortens production downtime. It can be freely expanded according to the quantity of hydraulic valves and actuators on the machine.
