KEB E-16-DIGOUT/G is a 16-channel digital output module for KEBA Kemro automation control system, widely installed on injection molding machines and hydraulic automation equipment. It is used to convert bus commands from the main controller into switch signals to drive hydraulic solenoid valves, intermediate relays and indicator lights.

This module has 16 independent digital output channels with galvanic isolation design. It receives control instructions from KEBA CPU modules via the internal backplane bus, and performs on-off output according to the molding sequence logic. Each channel is equipped with freewheeling and surge absorption circuits to suppress the back electromotive force generated by inductive loads, effectively reducing the risk of damage to the output channel.

It adopts standard plug-in rack structure and can be installed together with CPU and other I/O modules on the Kemro backplane. The terminal layout is clear and convenient for wiring inspection and signal testing. Maintenance technicians can simulate the output state on the terminal side under safe conditions, without removing the core main control board, which reduces the risk of accidental shutdown of the machine.

It supports real-time channel status feedback function. The on-board circuit feeds back the actual working state of each channel to the controller, and operators can view the output status on the HMI. It also integrates overload and short-circuit detection functions. Once an abnormal load is detected on the output loop, it will feed back fault information and trigger alarm prompts.

The circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, with excellent vibration resistance and EMC performance. It can run stably in industrial environments with dust, moisture and strong electromagnetic interference. It supports direct replacement during equipment maintenance, which greatly shortens the downtime of injection molding production.
