KEB 12.F4.087-D489 is a T/L-Part power board for COMBIVERT F4 series inverters, the core power circuit replacement board of KEB frequency converter. It undertakes the power conversion and drive output function of the inverter, and is widely used for maintenance and spare parts replacement of F4 drives on injection molding machines and automated production lines.

This power board integrates IGBT power switching components, high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, current sampling circuits and gate drive circuits. It converts the DC bus voltage into adjustable three-phase AC output according to the control signal sent by the main control board, to realize speed and torque regulation of asynchronous motors and servo motors.

It adopts 4kHz switching frequency design, with built-in current detection and overcurrent protection circuit.
