It is widely installed beside the hydraulic unit of injection molding machines and die-casting machinery, responsible for local signal acquisition and on-site actuator control.

This controller integrates digital input, digital output and analog signal channels. It collects 24VDC switch signals from limit switches and safety interlock sensors, and 4-20mA analog feedback signals from pressure and displacement transducers. It receives control commands sent by the upper main CPU through the bus, and outputs drive signals to proportional hydraulic valves to realize local axis motion adjustment.
