ATLAS COPCO PF3110-S-S4/S7 belongs to the Power Focus 3100 series. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without built-in graphic display and keypad. The marking S4/S7 means this drive unit supports Tensor S4 and Tensor S7 electric nutrunners. All tightening program creation, torque and angle parameter setup, data backup and fault diagnosis have to be carried out remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller provides steady and repeatable precision fastening control for medium torque assembly processes. It captures complete tightening curves and supports multiple standard tightening strategies to guarantee consistent assembly quality. It is equipped with serial communication port and isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with PLC and other automation equipment. It fits automated fastening production lines that do not require frequent local manual operation and demand reliable full tightening traceability.
