G represents graphic version equipped with built-in LCD display and physical keypad, EIP stands for integrated EtherNet/IP communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. Operators can create tightening sequences, adjust torque and angle parameters, view real-time tightening curves, check batch records and read fault codes directly on the front panel. Remote configuration, data backup and fault diagnosis can also be carried out through ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller matches Tensor 3 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable and repeatable precision fastening output for medium torque assembly processes. The onboard EtherNet/IP port supports high-speed bidirectional data exchange with Rockwell PLC and upper MES systems, realizing seamless integration into modern industrial Ethernet production lines.
