ATLAS COPCO PF3000-C-HW belongs to the classic Power Focus 3000 platform. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without built-in graphic display and keypad. C represents compact base version, and HW stands for standard hardware revision without optional fieldbus card. All tightening program creation, parameter tuning, data backup and fault diagnosis need to be completed remotely via supporting configuration software on external PC. This controller is designed for Tensor S4 and Tensor S7 series electric nutrunners and provides stable, high-repeatability tightening control for medium torque assembly processes. It supports multiple standard tightening strategies and reliable data recording for full process traceability. It comes with serial communication port and isolated digital I/O terminals to realize simple signal interlock with PLC and other automation equipment. It is widely used in automated fastening production lines that do not require frequent local manual operation and pursue stable fastening quality.
