Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO PF4002-C-DN-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4002 SL series. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without built-in graphic display and keypad. C stands for compact base unit, DN means integrated DeviceNet communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. All tightening program creation, torque and angle parameter setting, data backup and fault diagnosis must be completed remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is designed exclusively for Tensor SL electric nutrunners and delivers stable, repeatable precision fastening output for low and medium torque assembly applications. The onboard DeviceNet interface supports high-speed bidirectional data communication with Rockwell PLC and upper MES systems, supporting remote program download, real-time tightening result upload and full process traceability. It can capture complete tightening curves and supports multiple standard tightening strategies to keep consistent assembly quality. It also carries serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for auxiliary signal interlock with automation devices. It is suitable for automated fastening lines adopting DeviceNet fieldbus and without frequent local manual operation requirements.
