ATLAS COPCO PF4002-C-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4002 SL family. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without front graphic display and keypad. C stands for compact base variant, and HW denotes standard hardware revision without fieldbus communication board. All tightening program creation, torque and angle parameter setting, data backup and fault diagnosis must be completed remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is specially developed for Tensor SL series electric nutrunners and delivers stable and repeatable precision fastening output for low and medium torque assembly tasks. It adopts high-speed signal sampling to capture complete tightening curves and supports multiple standard tightening strategies to guarantee consistent assembly quality. It is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for simple signal interlock with PLC and automation control systems. It is suitable for automated fastening production lines that do not require frequent local manual operation and demand reliable full tightening traceability.
