ATLAS COPCO PF3007-G-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3000 series. It is a single-channel graphic tightening controller. G stands for graphic version equipped with integrated LCD display and physical keypad, and HW denotes standard hardware revision without optional fieldbus communication board. Operators can create tightening sequences, set torque and angle parameters, view real-time tightening curves, check batch records and read fault alarm codes directly on the front panel. Remote configuration, data backup and fault diagnosis can also be carried out through ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller matches Tensor S4 and Tensor S7 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable, repeatable precision fastening output for low and medium torque assembly processes. It is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with PLC and other automation equipment. It is suitable for independent assembly stations and semi-automatic production lines that require frequent local on-site operation and complete tightening traceability.
