ATLAS COPCO PF-4002-C-EIP-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4002 series. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without local graphic display and keypad. C means compact base variant, EIP stands for integrated EtherNet/IP communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. All tightening program creation, torque and angle parameter calibration, data backup and fault diagnosis have to be completed remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is built exclusively for Tensor SL series electric nutrunners and delivers stable, repeatable precision fastening output for low and medium torque assembly jobs. The onboard EtherNet/IP port supports high-speed bidirectional data exchange with Rockwell PLC and upper MES systems, enabling seamless integration into modern industrial Ethernet assembly lines. It supports complete tightening curve capture and multiple standard tightening strategies to maintain consistent assembly quality. It also reserves serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for auxiliary signal interlock with automation equipment.
