Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO PF-4000-C-DN-HW belongs to the classic Power Focus 4000 platform. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without front graphic display and keypad. C represents compact base variant, DN stands for integrated DeviceNet communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. All tightening program creation, torque and angle parameter calibration, data backup and fault diagnosis have to be finished remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller supports Tensor DS, Tensor ST, Tensor SR, Tensor STR, Tensor STB and ETX series electric nutrunners, delivering stable and repeatable precision fastening control for heavy and medium torque assembly processes. The onboard DeviceNet interface supports bidirectional high-speed data exchange with Rockwell PLC and upper MES systems, which helps users realize real-time tightening data upload and remote program management. It supports complete tightening curve capture and multiple standard tightening strategies to guarantee consistent assembly quality. It also reserves serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for auxiliary signal interlock with automation equipment. It is widely used in automated fastening production lines adopting DeviceNet bus and requiring full fastening traceability.
