ATLAS COPCO PF3109-C-PB-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3100 series, it is a heavy-duty single-channel compact tightening controller without built-in display and keypad. C denotes compact variant, PB means integrated Profibus DP communication board, and HW represents standard hardware revision. All tightening program creation, parameter tuning, data backup and fault diagnosis need remote operation via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller supports Tensor 3 series electric nutrunners and delivers consistent high-torque fastening performance with excellent repeatability. The onboard Profibus DP interface enables stable bidirectional data exchange with Siemens PLC and upper automation hosts. It is suitable for heavy automated assembly lines adopting Profibus DP bus and without requirements for frequent local manual operation.
