ATLAS COPCO PF3107-C-DN-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3100 series, it is a compact single-channel tightening controller without local graphic display and keypad. C stands for compact base variant, DN means integrated DeviceNet communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. All tightening program editing, parameter calibration, data backup and fault diagnosis have to be completed remotely via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is built for Tensor 3 and Tensor 7 series electric nutrunners and provides steady, repeatable precision fastening performance. The onboard DeviceNet interface supports bidirectional data communication with Rockwell PLC and upper automation hosts. It fits automated fastening production lines that adopt DeviceNet fieldbus and do not require frequent local manual operation.
