ATLAS COPCO PF4002-G-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4002 series. It is a single-channel graphic tightening controller. G represents graphic version equipped with built-in LCD display and physical keypad, and HW stands for standard hardware revision without optional fieldbus card. Operators can create tightening programs, view real-time torque and angle curves, check batch results and read fault codes directly on the front panel. Users can also perform remote configuration, data backup and troubleshooting via ToolsTalk PF software. This controller is specially designed for Tensor SL series electric nutrunners and delivers stable and repeatable fastening accuracy for low and medium torque assembly jobs. It is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with PLC and automation equipment. It is an ideal option for assembly stations that require local on-site operation and reliable fastening traceability.
