ATLAS COPCO PF3107-C-EIP-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3100 series. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without built-in graphic display and keypad. C stands for compact base variant, EIP means integrated EtherNet/IP communication board, and HW denotes standard hardware revision. All tightening program editing, parameter calibration, data backup and fault diagnosis must be carried out remotely through ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is designed to work with Tensor 3 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable, repeatable precision fastening output. The onboard EtherNet/IP interface supports high-speed bidirectional data exchange with Rockwell PLC and upper MES systems. It is well suited for automated fastening production lines that adopt industrial Ethernet interconnection and do not require frequent local manual operation.
