ATLAS COPCO PF3109GPBHW is the continuous writing version of PF3109-G-PB-HW, belonging to the Power Focus 3100 series. It is a heavy-duty single-channel graphic tightening controller. G represents graphic version with built-in LCD display and physical keypad, PB stands for integrated Profibus DP communication board, and HW means standard hardware revision. Operators can create tightening sequences, view real-time torque and angle curves, check batch results and read fault codes directly on the front panel. Remote parameter setup, data backup and fault diagnosis can be completed through ToolsTalk PF configuration software. This controller supports Tensor 3 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable high-torque fastening performance. The onboard Profibus DP interface supports reliable bidirectional data exchange with Siemens PLC and upper automation control systems, suitable for heavy assembly lines requiring both local manual operation and Profibus bus interconnection.
