ATLAS COPCO PF4002-C-PB-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4000 series. It is a compact single-channel tightening controller without front display and keypad. C represents compact version, PB stands for integrated Profibus DP communication board, and HW is the standard hardware revision. All tightening program editing, parameter adjustment, data backup and fault diagnosis must be completed remotely through ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is compatible with Tensor SL electric nutrunners and provides stable and repeatable fastening accuracy. The built-in Profibus DP channel supports reliable data interaction with Siemens PLC and upper automation control systems. It fits automated fastening production lines that use Profibus bus communication and do not need frequent local manual operation.
