Product Details:
TRICONEX AI3721 is a 32-point differential DC-coupled analog input module built for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety module collects analog voltage signals from field transmitters and sensors, supporting 0~5VDC and ±5VDC signal ranges, and can receive 0~20mA current signals when matched with 250 ohm shunt resistors, converting field analog signals into digital data for safety controller logic judgment. The module adopts triple modular redundant 2-out-of-3 voting architecture, which can maintain normal signal acquisition when a single internal channel fails, eliminating single point failure risk. It has programmable 12-bit or 14-bit resolution, and the measurement accuracy is less than 0.15% full scale within 0~60℃ operating temperature range. Built-in continuous channel self-diagnosis functions can detect open circuit, short circuit and signal overrange, and push fault alarm information in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty unit online without shutting down the whole safety system, minimizing system downtime. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, 9771-210 termination panel and matched shielded cable assemblies. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX AI3721 analog input module undertakes high-precision analog signal collection work for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas detection and burner management safety interlock systems.
