TRICONEX FTA-554 is a field termination assembly (FTA) developed for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This safety termination unit acts as the wiring interface between Tricon analog I/O modules and field transmitters, sensors and regulating valves, realizing safe transmission of 4-20mA analog signals and voltage signals. The FTA supports configurable signal input and output, and can provide redundant 24VDC power supply for field transmitters with diode ORing circuit design. Each channel is equipped with built-in over-current protection and signal conditioning circuit, equipped with test points for convenient on-site circuit inspection and fault troubleshooting. It follows TMR safety design standards, matches the 2-out-of-3 voting principle of Tricon safety controller, and ensures signal stability when single redundant path fails. It adopts screw terminal block design for reliable field wiring, and effectively suppresses industrial electromagnetic interference through channel isolation.
