This TMR safety termination unit serves as the signal wiring interface between Tricon I/O modules and field instruments, realizing safe signal transmission for analog and digital signals. It supports 4-20mA analog loop signals and discrete digital switch signals, providing built-in channel isolation, short-circuit protection and field transmitter power supply circuit for field devices. The FTA follows TMR safety design matching the 2-out-of-3 voting principle of Tricon controller, which can maintain signal integrity when single redundant path fails and reduce single point failure risk. It has terminal block layout for convenient field wiring, and each channel is equipped with test points for circuit inspection and fault troubleshooting.
