TRICONEX AI2351 is an 8-channel TMR analog input module designed for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety module collects 4-20mA analog signals from field pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters, converts analog field signals into digital data and transmits the data to the safety controller for safety logic judgment. The module adopts triple modular redundant architecture matching Tricon 2-out-of-3 voting safety principle, it can still maintain normal signal acquisition when one channel fails, eliminating single point failure risk. It supports HART signal superimposed on 4-20mA loop, which can read transmitter diagnostic information without affecting SIS safety function. Built-in continuous channel self-diagnosis function can detect open circuit, short circuit and signal deviation, and upload fault alarm information in real time.
